Frequently asked questions

Which air conditioning brands do you service and maintain?

We service and maintain all major air conditioning brands, including Midea, Samsung, Toshiba, Fujitsu, Mitsubishi Electric, Daikin, Haier and Bosch. Our engineers are experienced with both domestic splits and commercial VRF systems.

How often should air conditioning be serviced?

Domestic systems should be serviced at least once a year. Commercial systems and any unit covered by an F-Gas compliance record typically need a 6 or 12 month service schedule, depending on usage and system size.

Do you offer maintenance contracts?

Yes. We offer tailored Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) contracts for offices, retail, restaurants, server rooms and multi-site portfolios. Contracts include scheduled visits, priority callouts and full service records.

Are your engineers F-Gas certified?

Yes — all our engineers are F-Gas qualified and fully insured, which is a legal requirement to handle refrigerant in the UK. We also keep F-Gas records for systems containing 5 tonnes CO₂e or more.
