Keep it efficient and compliant

Air Conditioning Servicing

Annual servicing keeps air conditioning efficient, hygienic and covered by its warranty. Our F-Gas certified engineers service all major brands — splits, multi-splits, cassettes, ducted units, VRF systems and air handling units — and leave a written report every visit.

Why servicing pays for itself

Blocked filters and dirty coils make a system work harder for less cooling, which shows up directly on the electricity bill. Servicing also catches the small things — a weeping flare, a blocked condensate tray, a tired contactor — before they become a breakdown in the middle of a heatwave, and most manufacturers require documented annual servicing for extended warranty cover to remain valid.

What our engineers do on a service visit

A service is a full performance check, not a filter rinse. Everything is measured and recorded so you can see how the system is trending year on year.

How often should systems be serviced?

Domestic systems should be serviced at least once a year. Offices and retail typically run on annual or six-monthly visits. Heavy-duty applications — commercial kitchens, server rooms, gyms, production areas — usually need six-monthly or quarterly attention because of dust, grease and continuous run hours.

Servicing and F-Gas duties

If your system holds 5 tonnes CO₂e or more of fluorinated refrigerant, statutory leak checks and record keeping apply and the duty sits with you as the operator. We carry out the checks, keep the records and can host them in a digital asset register with a QR code on each unit.

Frequently asked questions

How often should air conditioning be serviced?

At least annually for domestic systems. Commercial systems and anything covered by an F-Gas record typically run on a six or twelve month schedule depending on usage and refrigerant charge.

Which brands do you service?

All major brands — Mitsubishi Electric, Daikin, Toshiba, Samsung, Midea, Fujitsu, LG, Panasonic, Haier and others — regardless of who installed the system.

Will servicing keep my warranty valid?

In most cases yes: manufacturers generally require documented annual servicing for extended warranty cover. We leave a dated service report each visit as your evidence.

How long does a service take?

Around 45 to 60 minutes for a domestic split. Multi-unit commercial sites are quoted on the number of indoor and outdoor units.

Do you service systems you didn't install?

Yes. The first visit includes a condition report so you know what state the plant is in before committing to a longer maintenance schedule.
